Biography
Professor, Doctoral supervisor, Qingdao West Coast high-level talents, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology visiting scholars, Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering from Ocean University of China. He is engaged in the research of Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Reinforcement Learning, UAV Intelligent Collaboration, Robot Cluster Collaborative Intelligence, Marine Internet of Things and LLM based Agentic Systems, etc.
He has presided one project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(General Program), one sub-topic project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Key Program), two projects of the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and one Shandong Province university Scientific Research Project, and has participated in more than ten projects of the National High-tech R&D Program of China (863 Program), National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program). He has won Shandong Province Universities Excellent Scientific Research Achievement Award (1st Place), 8 authorized invention patents (1st Place), National Teaching Achievement Award (2nd prize), Shandong Province Provincial Teaching Achievement Award (special prize), and Shandong Province Provincial Teaching Achievement Award (2nd prize).
He has published more than 50 SCI/EI indexed papers, with more than 1750 accumulated citations in Google Scholar, including international TOP journals, CCF-recommended Class A journals, IEEE Trans journals, etc., such as IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials, ACM Computing Surveys (CSUR), IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems (TPDS), IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (TVT) and other international journals. He serves as a member of CCF IoT Special Committee of China Computer Federation, an executive member of ACM SIGAPP China, a member of Vision Application and Intelligent Technology Special Committee of Shandong Artificial Intelligence Society, a TPC of several conferences such as ACM TURC Organizing Committee of Turing Conference in China and a reviewer of several international journals, such as IEEE TMC, IEEE TVT, IEEE IOTJ, etc. He has made more than 50 professional presentations at China IoT Conference and other conferences, and edited textbooks 《Introduction to Smart Home》, 《Introduction to IoT》, 《Introduction to IoT Application Technology》.
